Here at the home of GRIT Louisville we not only have the solution for your fitness goals, but the best community around to guide and support you every step of the way. Whether it’s a group workout with friends or just talking over a cup of coffee in the lounge after your workout, we strive to make your time here the best part of your day.

Every workout at GRIT is designed and led by a coach so you always have someone there to assist you through your session and guide you towards your goals. We specialize in private and semi private training  where you get your own space and your own equipment for each workout. Our unique offerings and versatile schedule allows you the freedom and flexibility to make fitness fit in with you and your lifestyle, not the other way around. Whether you want to be here once or six times per week we have a package available that will fit your needs.

Membership Options

Team Training

Our Team Training workouts have been redesigned to keep you safe while still giving you a fun, high energy workout. You will get the fun group dynamic but our limited class sizes and 3,000 sq ft team training room will give you space to spread out and have plenty of distance between others. You will also get your own personal equipment, there is currently no sharing of equipment during workouts.

Team Training is designed to get your heart rate up and burn as many calories as we can, as safely and effectively as we can. Using items such as kettlebells, sleds, TRX straps, center mass bells, slam balls, etc; we will perform full body, compound movements so you get the very most out of your 50 min workout.

This is all tracked through our MyZone heart rate software. MyZone is an innovative heart rate based system that accurately and conveniently monitors physical activity. It is a great choice for anyone who wants an accurate, gamified, and motivating workout experience. Your heart rate, calories, and time exercising are all measured and converted into MyZone Effort Points (MEP’s). These put a focus on rewarding your EFFORT rather than your fitness level. At GRIT it’s all about how much effort YOU put in, not who is in the best shape. Then after your workout you will be sent a full MyZone report with all of your stats from the workout. A great way to track your progress and improvement over time.

Semi Private Training

Get the best of both worlds and join a semi private session. With small groups, up to 4 people get dedicated coaching, as well as the benefit of the group dynamic.

In these workouts you will begin to learn more advanced workout techniques and exercises as you work closely with your GRIT coach. This is where we begin to incorporate more weight lifting and strength training to improve body composition, core strength, posture, and the countless other benefits that strength training provides. 

These workouts are set up in a circuit training format so that we can efficiently train together with other friends from the GRIT Gang. Try a Semi Private workout to build the strength and muscles required to keep you strong, lean, and healthy for years to come. And you might even make some new friends while you are at it.

1 on 1 Private Training

If group workouts aren’t your thing come in for a private session. Here it is all about you as you go through your training session 1 on 1 with a coach. The workouts and programming are tailored to your needs and are delivered in your own private training space. You get your own area that will have everything you need in one place, there is no waiting or fighting over equipment during a private GRIT workout.

Whether you have an injury history to work around or very specific or advanced goals, here is where you can work directly one on one with a GRIT coach to get exactly what you need out of your training session. Fat loss, strength gains, mobility work, we can do it all in our one on one setting.

Myzone is an innovative wearable heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. Myzone delivers a fully connected solution for fitness club operators and is respected as the fitness industry’s wearable of choice. It is successful due to its accuracy at 99.4%. This is the tool for anyone who wants an accurate, gamified and motivating wearable.
